Ultimix Baffles
Famach’s AutoCoater® boasts of standard Ultimix Baffles known for their ability to maximize mixing efficiency & gently mix products to ensure an even & high quality of coating. With a range of different baffles for special tablet shapes & application or batch sizes, the equipment can be adapted to a variety of coating needs.
Interchangeable Pan
Interchangeable Pan options upto AutoCoater® 48, allowing Flexibility for a diverse range of batch size. Additional option of reduced baffles available to cover wide range of batch sizes in single AutoCoater® equipement.
Efficient Spray System
Kevin gives you a very high efficiency spraying system to ensure smooth and continuous spray. The nozzles are suitable for organic coating, aqueous solutions, etc. Separate systems are available for sugar coating
